By registering for courses with Academy Group Inc., you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register for our services.
Registration is complete when you submit your registration form. You must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel registrations.
Academy Group Inc. reserves the right to refuse class enrollment or participation to any individual at our sole discretion, including but not limited to failure to meet course requirements, safety concerns, disruptive behavior, or any other reason we deem appropriate.
Payment is due after course completion. Prices are subject to change. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Participants must meet age and prerequisite requirements. You must attend all sessions and complete all requirements to receive certification. Certification is issued by American Red Cross.
Participation in physical training activities carries inherent risks. By registering, you assume all risks and waive claims against Academy Group Inc. for injuries sustained during training.
Participants must behave professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. Follow all instructor directions and safety protocols.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website—including but not limited to text, course descriptions, class formats, marketing materials, images, graphics, logos, operational procedures, pricing structures, promotional language, and any proprietary training or business processes—is the exclusive property of Academy Group Inc. and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
Prohibited Use
No individual, business, competitor, or third party may copy, reproduce, duplicate, mirror, alter, adapt, scrape, repurpose, or otherwise make use of any content, marketing language, operational systems, course structures, or other materials from this site without prior written consent from Academy Group Inc.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Copying or imitating class descriptions or marketing campaigns
- Duplicating or restructuring course schedules or operational models
- Replicating the design, wording, or layout of web pages
- Using our materials to advertise competing services
- Scraping or collecting our information for commercial use
Monitoring and Enforcement
Academy Group Inc. actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property. Any individual or organization found to be copying, replicating, or misusing our content or operations will be subject to:
- Immediate legal action under applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws
- A cease-and-desist order
- Damages, including legal costs, statutory damages, and injunctive relief
No Competitor Use
Competitors are expressly prohibited from using this website, its content, or its materials for the purpose of developing, enhancing, marketing, or operating competing products or services. Any such use constitutes willful infringement.
Reservation of Rights
Academy Group Inc. reserves all rights not expressly granted and may update or enforce these protections at any time.
Any attempt to replicate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Academy Group Inc.'s business operations—including copying marketing strategies, course structures, class policies, customer communications, or operational processes—constitutes unlawful unfair competition. Academy Group Inc. will pursue all available remedies under state and federal law.
We may photograph or record courses for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to use of your likeness in marketing materials unless you notify us otherwise.
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, emergencies, etc.). Courses will be rescheduled when possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
